Alex Taylor is a young professional who is a passionate advocate about mental health and self-love. Alex started her personal growth journey five years ago when she moved into a tiny home. Since then, she’s learned to heal her anxiety in natural ways by clearing out the clutter from ALL areas of her life. Now she has more time and freedom to focus on what truly matters and supports others on their journey to do the same through her work with Anxious and Aligned Anxiety Coaching.
