Who doesn’t want to be a healthier and happier version of themselves? Here are 11 of my easy and practical ideas that I have given to others or used for myself. Based on over 30 years of spiritual and medical support along with mindfulness teaching, each idea can remind the participant of what they already know or re-frame a current challenging situation. The goal is the same: What can I do That is EASY and Practical to be a Healthier Happier Me? A WORD FROM THE PRESENTER: I am passionate about sharing stories and 37 years of therapy that help others create and inspire hope, healing and humor. I love engaging people, hearing them laugh, seeing them smile and realizing their own inner strengths. My mission: I want to create peace for our inner and outer world, one gentle “ ha” at a time!
