Mandala Art Practice & Playshop

This is not your average workshop. It’s a PLAYshop! This is because we will be discovering our creativity through fun! Through art, you will experience a sense of playfulness, stress-relief, and connection with yourself and you will grow to show yourself a little more love and compassion with a little less self-criticism.  

These PLAYshops will include mindful meditation + movement, art, and group interaction.
