Meditation For The Moment

Join us for this series to learn how to easily slip into meditation at any moment of any day!
This is a 6-week online series and each class will briefly cover the history, benefits, and techniques for types of meditation including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Self-Inquiry, Forgiveness, Loving Kindness, Guided Visualizations, Chakra, and Aura Clearing, and Walking Meditation.
All of these meditations follow the science of breath as the central point of awareness to bring you into a deep meditation that calms the nervous system and reduces stress.
As you try different techniques, you will find your personal meditation type. Each week, you will take away real practice skills to help you continue your meditation practice outside class.
All attendees of Meditation for the Moment will be able to attend free sound healing sessions, led by Trudy, as a thank you!
*Once you book your spot, you will receive a Zoom link where all sessions will be held each Tuesday via email.
We recommend joining at the beginning to attend each week of the series, but hop in when you can and pay the prorated amount.
