Join us for this series to learn how to easily slip into meditation at any moment of any day!
This is a 6-week online series and each class will briefly cover the history, benefits, and techniques for types of meditation including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Self-Inquiry, Forgiveness, Loving Kindness, Guided Visualizations, Chakra and Aura Clearing, and Walking Meditation.
All of these meditations follow the science of breath as the central point of awareness to bring you into a deep meditation that calms the nervous system and reduces stress.
As you try different techniques, you will find your personal meditation type. Each week, you will take away real practice skills to help you continue your meditation practice outside class.
