How often do we eat while we’re talking on the phone or on the computer? Standing at the kitchen counter? In the car as we’re rushing to an appointment or to work? Have you ever looked down at an empty plate not realizing you were eating and not mindful of it? Come learn some tricks and mindsets to help you focus on how you are fueling your body. This is self care for the body and mind. Health is wealth.

About Your Presenter:
Karla Freeze has been practicing a plant based diet for over 7 years. After being diagnosed with multiple health issues and obesity was affecting her day to day tasks, she started dieting per her doctor’s recommendation. However, when her mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s a few years later, Karla researched Alzheimer’s prevention for herself. Over the next 6 months her findings lead her to adopt the plant based lifestyle. She has reversed all her disease, lost an enormous amount of weight, has energy galore and advocates daily for everyone to adopt this way of life.
