Based her book Mindful Gratitude: Practicing the Art of Appreciation, Christel Wendelberger leads this two-hour workshop on how to reduce stress and build a greater sense of well-being in the midst of life’s challenges.

Through story-telling, journaling, and hands-on activities, Christel will help you retreat, reflect, and recharge in this virtual workshop. You’ll learn how to incorporate easy practices of mindfulness and gratitude into your life and work. She will share research-based wellness principles to help you relax, reframe the stories of your life, and deeply appreciate the magic and meaning in your everyday experiences.
