Spring Equinox Sound Healing

We made it and the light of the days is returning! This Full Moon and Spring Equinox is a time to relax and restore to move into the season of blooming new growth. 

Sound Healing brings the vibrations of gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, and various percussion instruments alive to help you sink into deep meditation while in restorative yoga poses. 

Refresh your mind and prepare for the upcoming week with this live stream event. You will want to be luxuriously comfortable with pillows, blankets, and all the items that create a sacred space, indoors or outside. 

While you travel on the vibrations of a Sound Healing composition, your instructor, Trudy, will lead you through a sequence of restorative poses, long-held for finding that melting into the Earth sensation.
