Tai Chi: Beginners

We are excited to share Tai Chi with you every Monday from 7-7:30 PM.
Tai Chi is a great way to help your body improve balance, focus, and energetic flow. In this program for beginners, we will be focusing on one movement per class to establish habit and proper form toward the integration of mind, body, and soul.
About the Presenter:
Judy Shea’s meditation and yoga journeys began in 1968 with Transcendental Meditation. She completed a Mindfulness program at the Center for Greater Good and also follows the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn, Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, and Sharon Saltzberg. In 1980, she became a Reiki Master and became a certified life coach and owner of In-Balance Life in 2002. Trudy now teaches classes and workshops for many age groups and body types focusing on deep restoration and whole-body wellness. Her teaching is influenced by Somatic Techniques, Tai Chi, and the Warriors at Ease program for veterans. Trudy has a passion for providing her transformational services for those suffering from trauma, anxiety, stress, grief, and depression.
