In this online class, we will explore and practice different mantras designed for different meditation purposes.
Mantra, in Sanskrit, means to “protect” or “free from the mind.” The vibrations of sound in Mantra Meditation frees and focuses the mind to expand and deepen the consciousness. This makes space for the mysterious to enter. As you open your heart and free the mind, your inner Self, in its ideal nature, will emerge for exploration and growth.
Adding mantras to your meditation practice will keep you focused, present, and deepen your connection with yourself, your journey, and your practice!
