Looking for an uplifting way to unwind after a stressful day at work? Want to improve your
focus, quiet your mind, and relax?
Try Zendoodling! Nurture your inner artist, unleash your imagination, and learn how to create cool art from your doodles.
Zendoodling is a form of artistic meditation through a specific method of deliberate intention that produces non-objective drawings composed of patterns (doodles) that can be viewed from all four sides.
You do not have to be an artist to take this class! ZenDoodling is for everyone, from people with no art experience to skilled artists. The goal is not to accomplish or create a masterpiece, but to enjoy the process, be mindful, and create together.
Come join us for a simple and uplifting way to unwind, improve focus, and relax. Cost is $25
*All supplies needed for the class will be provided by Soul Care. All you need to bring is yourself and your curiosity!
