Woman in hat with her arms stretched wide, creating a more regenerative life with Kelly Mathews

We welcome
Soul Care partner and yoga instructor, Kelly Matthews to the podcast. She shares her journey of seeking relief from health issues. And how she found emotional and physical healing through nutrition, nature, the divine, and Kundalini yoga. Kelly knows that we can heal our bodies from the inside out. It just takes tools and practices that create optimal conditions for the body to do what it knows how to do: be regenerative.

Kelly finds God in the perfect balance of the natural world. She believes that many of the problems we experience today can be solved by humans first remembering they are not separate from nature and rethinking what we really need to live a good life.

“Being regenerative is putting life at the center of every action and decision.” Paul Hawken

Meet Kelly

Kelly Mathews is a writer, strategic marketer, and kundalini yoga & meditation teacher. Her journey of spiritual exploration began out of college as she sought natural approaches to heal her anxiety and chronic digestive issues. She discovered the more subtle aspects of healing—particularly around food, emotions, and the nervous system—which continually inspires the work she’s here to do. Within 6 months of discovering the practices of kundalini yoga, she quit her job, solo road-tripped through the mountains, and completed a month-long yoga teacher training in the desert. She also launched her marketing business, RESONANCE, which supports conscious businesses with web design, writing, and branding.

Kelly teaches Kundalini Yoga and meditation every other Saturday at 3:30. She would love to get to know more people in the area so feel free to reach out to her.
